If you believe it was to keep clubs from getting into debt then it obviously didn't work. It was created to a save the mega rich established clubs, it was so obvious. Unfortunately for them we just got in and crashed their little party and since then they have done everything they can to try and fuck us over.

I’ve not mentioned debt.
