So the FA Cup starts in a few weeks and this is one that usually splits opinions. It's a massive competition, a respected trophy to win and a gateway to kick off the next season with even more silverware. On the other hand it can get in the way of the league and can lead to player being injured or us losing with a weakened team to (inevitably) a full-strength PL side away from home.
Personally I think it's something we should take seriously this season, especially now we may not be able to catch Chelsea (of course we should keep the league as a priority). No matter how the other competitions go, a trip to Wembley in May would be a welcome way to finish things (unless we reach the UCL final of course).
It's the trophy I want least of the three we're still in, but also the one I think we have the best chance of winning.
What does everyone else think?
