Not had any dealings with Virgin, but someone posted this on Facebook yesterday. Can't confirm if it's real tho :)

Cheers. Sounds like an in joke from a rogue employee then!

They are proper p*ss*ng me off! They reneged on a payment scheme that included compensation for faulty broadband services and a dodgy 'Super Hub' and it has offset the payments planned ahead.

They've refused to deal with the initial phone call that had all this dealt with and I'm fooked off with them, finally. I feel like they've conned me, big time. Considered telling them I am moving to an area with no Virgin cables, but I don't know of anywhere in the UK!

What are my options??

Tell them you're moving to North Reddish, it most certainly has no Virgin there as that's where my parents live. Their broadband connection is so slow it's untrue, something to do with the distance they are from the exchange apparently.

Woodstock in Oxfordshire bit of a way from Manc but the post code's OX20 if you want to give it a blag.

I'm sure I read on their FAQ Forums that phone calls are recorded and keptt for a month, the lying twunts.

The new street I'm moving to in Oxford has not got it either!

Bit closer to home, no Virgin in Mobberley, Knutsford no plans to be either.

Any Postcode on the above exchange will work
