How do people in long queues go to the toilet?

All this about long queues, people queueing all night, or even for 36 hours or more in some cases, just to see the royals, puzzles me. How do they evacuate their bowels and bladder when they get a call of nature?

I am intrigued (not that I intend ever queueing up that long myself)

I've no idea but it would be ironic if they had to then queue for the loos as well!

There’s portaloos along the queue

You don’t lose your place as you have a wristband with number
