For democracy to really work you should need to have an IQ over 100 to be able to vote. I think we should have a vote on that idea any IQ welcome

As your sponsor I look forward to our next EU meeting. My name is blueinsa and its been 453 days since my last gammon. Today I felt the urge to read the Mail but I resisted and had a coffee at Pret instead.It’s still red but worse still, it’s also white and stuck on a middle aged male.

No disrespect but I just Googled it and it didn't tell me fuck all....All I did was to Google .... '' How does the EU treat Third Countries?'' to decide that wasn't for me and my family ... took less than 30 seconds .

Yes I argued for and voted for brexit, as was my absolute democratic right and on reflection I was wrong. I argued even more vehemently for brexit too happen when many wanted the result of the referendum ignored and for that I will never apologise because to have done that would have been a disgrace.
What you think of me personally is if so little consequence it barely registers. What you have to get used to though is the fact my vote and that of every single other person out there matters just as much as yours does and sometimes, you will be in a minority and you won’t get the outcome you would like.
With brexit it all got a tad too personal and even to this day, some just won’t let go and I include yourself in that.
You demand democracy but only on your own terms and it does not work like that I’m afraid.
It is a shame that a significant number of the public were persuaded that Brexit would be an economic and social benefit by a small number of politicians who were prepared to lie, backed by media outlets in tax havens. Some of those politicians then made personal decisions to mitigate the impact of Brexit, despite selling its virtues to the nation. The duplicity at the heart of our political system, and the overwhelming desire for some narcissistic individuals to win, despite the enormous cost to others, is a deeply shameful indictment on our nation and its choices.
