I pointed this out pre-referendum - we leave and migrants become our problem not that of the EU - why would they have any interest in stopping people when they can easily export a problem to a 3rd country ( the UK ) or more to the point allow it to export itself.

Yes, after much consideration a winner. I can now get through passport control much quicker with my Irish passport .... I have become much less embarassed walking to front of the queue for 'EU Nationals' when we get off the plane.

This was so obviously going to happen. It's far more cost-effective to work in the EU and export to the UK than work in the UK and export to the EU. I wouldn't be surprised if all international companies are looking at this way of working
