Well the one I didn't vote for was the one the liars promised, that we'd still be in a free trade zone from Iceland to the Russian border. I take it you thought they were lying too and you didn't want even that.

Remain, soft/hard brexit, getting 'are cuntry back', what?
No one can give much of a list of 'brexit benefits' although the list of negative effects is long.
The misguided and ill informed were the 'silly' people, not the creator of this thread.

You conflating the referendum and the 2019 election. Rather a reach given the can kicking in between.

By the time 2019 rolled around people wanted any resolution better than what TM was shitting up...boris deal was the only thing on offer. But we could have gone the option of no deal had the politicians truly served the will of the people. No deal WAS brexit.

What we ended up with was a frankenstein nothing burger of a brexit which leaves all the meaningful power in europe. Part of the reason being every idiot on the losing side of the referendum kicked and stomped because they couldn't accept defeat, the other being political "interests" in europe. What "others wanted" should have been completely irrelevant.

In 2019 people were given shit options and unbelievably no option for leaving without a deal. Its like saying here lets have a vote for a new doctors surgery in the village, then when you get it you then have to vote again for Dr Jackyl or Dr Shipman.

You cannot get up on a pedestal in such a situation...brexit hasn't happened.

It’s everything to do with proximity. You cannot beat geography. And you certainly cannot beat geography and economic power. We are tied to Europe. Always have been, always will be.

Brexit was a unicorn dream as the last six years has proven.
