How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

The sad thing is that leave voters used what little literacy they possessed to read up on racist tropes which informed their idiotic voting intention. Democracy is a nice idea, but really not for everyone - if you took the vote away from people who left school without a decent education there is no way we'd have had brexit, Boris or the collapse of the 'red wall'.
