For what its worth mate, I agree, was fucking ridiculous.
I have a flag **** at work, who has a big fuck off Union Jack and Ukraine flag on his office wall, Ukraine mug, bumper sticker etc who was an avid Brexiteer, still now when I mention how he fucked things up for us all he trots out the line "get over it" and that we haven't done Brexit properly.
Its always the flag cunts
I've recommended firing him as he's obviously too stupid to be trusted.

Ah, the old ‘Brexit wasn’t done properly’ cliche. So tediously predictable. People will say anything rather than admit they were wrong. It’s rooted in crushing insecurity. As someone who possesses pathological levels of self confidence, I have no problem whatsoever accepting when I’m wrong, as I frequently am. They do it to save face, but actually lose a lot more dignity by doubling down. There's zero tangible benefits to it, its not going to change though, and every moron who voted for it will continue with the mental attitude of it was the best thing to happen to us whilst wanking over pictures of Churchill, Farage and Spitfires whilst the rest of us look on in disbelief that we are from the same mass of land.
The way I look at it now is that I tried doing my bit, mainly by calling them cunts and mocking, and now selfishly hope that things are changed within the framework for my own gain, like the 90 day rule for example.

Rest of it is true, don't want to give too much away as he might read here, but the Ukraine stuff is borderline mental health stuff, literally obsessed over it, google mapping, following everything on Twitter, buys books on war strategies.
Doesn't display the same attitude to other nations struggling though, they have to fit certain look for him....

I wonder what the alternative version looks like and how it would be different.
1) We have complete freedom of movement in the EU but they are forbidden from coming here
2) Any labour shortages due to 1) are not filled from Third-World countries but instead training up the workshy British such that there is a negative unemployment rates as we all have more than one job and so much money that we don't know what to do with it
3) We can export at will tariff-free and without paperwork into the EU but they cannot do the reverse (unless it is something nice that we want)
4) Everyone else in the world opens up their markets tariff free to the trading powerhouse that is the UK but again they cannot do the same in reverse (and we definitely don't want any of their citizens - see point 2).
5) The EU are forced to hold an annual 'UK Appreciation Day' to say thank you for all that we did for them in World War 2
You know - the one with the fluffy rainbow unicorns.
