A single blue passport in the middle of the room would be worth a shout. In the interests of balance…
I’m so glad we’ve seized back control of our laws from the EU, so a load of Old Etonians can tell us what to do instead. Score! At the end of another year free from the tyranny of the EU, we take a look at the benefits of brexit.
Right!……that’s that done.
Is one of the benefits that we can spell benefit however we want now.
We can now spell anything we want in any way we want without some forriner bastard sorts telling us how we should organise our own letters to make any sense. Is one of the benefits that we can spell benefit however we want now.

We should celebrate the return of great British illiteracy, led by the government’s great state education policies.
Surely the mainstream media would have mentioned this!?!Just to add to this thread on New Years Day, lest we forget: last year’s multiple government upheavals, shit Prime Ministers and economic crash were as a direct result of the chain of events caused by the referendum result. Nothing else. If it wasn’t for that vote we’d have had a stable government, a fraction of the COVID deaths, lower taxes, better pensions and public services and our economy would be growing hugely like everyone else’s.
Johnson, Rees Mogg, Murdoch, Farage, the hard right, the selfish, the racists and the fools…you cunts. You fucked us all over.

Being given up by Julie Birchill is no punishment. If anyone wants to know how fucking deluded some influential Brexiteers are, look at the projection and lack of actual content in this article.

There'll be many, many people on benefits soon...Is one of the benefits that we can spell benefit however we want now.
I take you’ve not been to Pret lately?I can't say I've really noticed any good or bad things arising from Brexit - a bit of a damp squib tbh, like the y2k bug thing.

At what age do you stop having a “reading age”?Already done .......whilst the average age in the UK is 46.... the average reading age is 9.
Tories don't like intelligent voters.
50 years since we joined the EEC........ Pretty spectacular how quickly Brexit has taken us back to being the Poor Man of Europe with it feeling like the 1970's
