Seemed a fairly pointless survey at this point of the "season". No doubt someone in the marketing team has a love of "Net Promoter Scores" (NPS) as we will be getting the survey each month. Seems someone wants to make sure the "brand" has more "promoters" than "detractors", which is the main reason for these surveys.
However it did ask one decent question...
"And what do you think is the most negative thing Manchester City has done for its fans in the past month?"
I replied
"Released the "Nike standard" home shirt - our shirt should be about the clubs identity, not the current standard issue Nike shirt that is pretty much the same as all the other Nike kits out there. I support City - not Nikes idea of a branded sports kit that is uniform for everyone they supply."
