How do you get rid of Search qu.com

One of the nieces was playing a game on the internet and downloaded this search qu.com I have tried deleteing the fucker but it keeps on coming on with google chrome and firefox for some reason. Its a right pain in the arse. Tried deleting it and reseting the internet options but the fucker is like terminator. Any help will be greatfull.

I got rid of it on firefox ok. Wasnt on windows exploror. Still cant get rid of the fucker from Google Chrome the rest of it is gone but google chrome still has the fucker. My head is wrecked with the fucker.

Think I will have a look at that in the morning. Is it straight forward to do or is it hard as I know fuck all about computers.
