Oh I forgot about fried egg on top of a stir fry with rice. Had one with my squid dish tonightrunny poached, fried, boiled
also a fried egg on rice is devine
I stop off at a farm on my travels and buy 2 doz free range eggs every week. A dozen of them are ex large and they are all double yokers. Quickly fried in very hot oil so the edges crisp but the yolks are still soft and served on a slice of black pudding.....nothing better.Runny for me, poached or fried, ideally double yolkers or Blue Marin
