Does anyone else open up the packs of eggs at the shop and pick the best 6 from a handful of packs so you end up with 6 big XL eggs?

Poached with the white just set and the yolks nice and runny. Failing that, fried.

Scrambled as a last resort.

Poached in hotels as they then have to cook them to order. Other than that...2 in a bowl covered in a tin of beans, 3.30 in the microwave, beans and egg on toast!

Love eggs, fried when hung over on toast and normally poached. Sometimes nothing quite like going back in time and having buttery chucky egg with toast and just tastes so good.

I beat 5 eggs and 3/4 cup of cream together today. then I put chopped up ham, green onion, yellow pepper and 1 cup of grated cheese in a pie shell. I then added the egg/cream mixture and topped with another 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Stuck it in the oven for 35mins and then scoffed half of it with half a buttered French stick.

Have recently went back to having a couple of boiled eggs mashed up in a cup with butter and a drop of salt and pepper and a couple of slices of plain toasted bread lovely,if not that poached eggs and a few slices of bacon and toast..
