He is not a very good manager.

I am starting to believe the PL is like a cult and Fergie is the cult leader with all
his ex United players as his minows. Even Roy Keane he is the most biased pundit
I have ever heard next to Dwight (No Idea) Yorke but these muppets keep getting work.

He did a good job with Blackburn, always getting them into the Top 10, and European football, with sixth, and seventh place finishes. I think Blackburn will gladly take that now! He also did quite well with Fulham, getting 8th and Europa League. I'm no fan of his, but I can see why teams turn to him. He's not a manager thats going to win titles, and loads of trophies, but not many teams have those standards, and expectations.

So how come he did such a piss poor job with unlimited resources with us?. We are still fixing mistakes that he made.

He was out of his depth with us, and it showed with his tactics, substitutions, and some signings. He's not a manager thats going to win titles, and trophies, which is what ADUG demanded, but for a club like QPR, who aren't in this position at the moment, he's a good fit for them, to get them established in the League.

Football must be the only industry where a person can be terrible and a complete disaster for their employer, costing them millions in the process and then after deservedly having their contract terminated with all the public humiliation that goes with it, another larger club will offer that person an even higher salary to work for them

Well that's apart from Royal Mail employing Adam Crozier, but even that was football related

You forgot the compensation package they get when sacked.
