Strachan has 44%. Grant has 46%
He is a worse manager than Gordon Strachan and Avram Grant.
For the record, Mancini's record is 56%. Ferguson's is 57%

Like others, I was originally disappointed with his arrival at City because we'd let Sven go despite winning titles in 3 different Leagues and replaced him with a man who was too familiar with our hated rivals. However, I was prepared to give him a chance and felt he did a good but not great job. We were in 6th when he left the Club. Not 16th.

I was even willing to wish him well when he left but he's proved himself to be a proper snidey little ****, so I hope he crashes and burns, obviously.

Stuart Pearce churned up football 100 times more dire than anything Hughes managed and Kevin Keegan's transfer record was absolutely shocking in comparison to what money was available to spend. It's the same with Sven! None of his players remain at the Club whilst Kompany, Zabaleta, Lescott, De Jong, Kolo Toure and Barry are here and will be for the future.
There's also comments about Hughes nicking Warnock's job but the rumours about his departure only began on Sunday and Warnock wasn't forced to take charge of a Team despite his replacement already having been made. Journalists will pounce on this if it's true and they haven't. QPR have wealthy backers too.

Kompany was a great signing but a complete fluke by Hughes. He was signed as a midfielder and the fact that he's developed into one of the best centre backs in the world has nothing whatsoever to do with Hughes. We massively overpaid for Lescott and in doing so, Hughes arrogance soured relations with Everton so badly that they still haven't recovered. Kolo Toure is nothing to brag about, Arsenal had his best years and apart from the odd game here and there he's been pretty poor considering his price and reputation. Zabs was a good signing I'll give him that but he'll never be first choice. So was Barry and DeJong, but they were hardly bargains and we paid top dollar for the pair of em.
I'd prefer Mancini's signings to Leslies any day of the week and I wouldn't let him loose with a penny of my money if I owned a club.
"Obviously, I'll be having conversations with all the players and understanding the dynamics of the team."
Not quite sure how you work that out. Silva was bought to do exactly what he is doing. Kompany was bought to play in midfield. I'd pretty much say buying a midfielder and finding out that you'd actually bought arguably the best defender in the world was most definitely a fluke. How you can compare his signing to Silva, who is playing where he was bought to be played, is baffling to say the least.peoffrey said:Kompany was a great signing but a complete fluke?! You could say that about David Silva because you've got nothing to base it on apart from what you think
He's a good midfielder, nothing more. However he's a world class centre back.peoffrey said:I thought Kompany was excellent in midfield too and vividly remember watching his debut against West Ham.
peoffrey said:Hughes soured relations with Everton!!!!! Every Blue I know has always hated Everton so, in some ways, easing their defender out and in to a City shirt was a brilliant move to upset them even more. Scousers and Mancs have been at each others throats for years. I understand
there's a little mutual dislike between U****d and Liverpool too. Call it a hunch.
peoffrey said:Many of Hughes' signings have been excellent throughout his career and he'll do the same for QPR. I feel the man laid some good foundations at City for Mancini to take them forwards to better things. Keegan caused far more damage yet you liked his "exciting" football!
