How far do you live from the stadium?

A mile away from Maine Rd (Denmark Rd) for 25 years and then moved over to East Manchester with the boys (Droylsden) So for over 40 years if ive not gone to a game i've been able to open my back door and hear the atmosphere, unfortunately it's not what it was!

According to google maps it's an 884km drive from Amsterdam to the ground and just over 9 hours.

The quickest I've got to the ground is 2 hours and 48 minutes from leaving my house using a taxi to the airport, getting to the gate as late as possible and getting a taxi to the ground. This is probably quicker than many UK based blues and from what I've read faster than locals on a bad traffic day.

Used to walk to Maine Rd from Withington as a kid, now it's 146 miles which usually takes about 2 and a half hours if the M62 is behaving itself.

160 miles by road. 116 miles as the crow flies. 3hrs on a good run down - 4hrs (including leaving ground on good run back. Thank god for Wetherby Services!

That 2001 MMU academic study (for Maine road and The Swamp before expansion) showed that City had a bigger proportion of M postcode season ticket holders but even with lower total numbers we had more st holders within the city of Manchester than the Rags.

272 Miles away, season ticket holder, missed two home games in past three seasons, there's a few of us who drive up together from the south coast, anyone else who wants to join us and share the cost always welcome.
