How Long Before...

Platt, the dyed in the wool rag, starts to slag us off in the media like he used to?

One of my mum's close friends is also very close friends with Platt (has known him since he was a kid), and I can confirm he was, is, and will always be a Liverpool fan. His mum once accidentally bought him a Wales kit instead of a Liverpool kit for his birthday. It was the all red one from the 70's and she doesn't (didn't) know much about football.

I don't think he''ll revert to type. He's had a very successful period for us and he was apparently given the option to stay on. Bobby won;t be slating us so why would Platt?

I don't care what he says now or what he said in the past.David Platt was part of the managerial team here who gave me the greatest day of my life last May and i will always be grateful to him for that.Nothing, nothing will top that joy, even winning the champions league, for a variety of reasons.

He also gave 100% when he was here so lay off the man eh?

so he gets slagged for leaving and now people are predicting him to start slaggin us off in the press. what a bunch of idiots - be grateful for what he's done for us. like fucking children on here

I really didnt think he would say anything bad about the club but will he now feel he has to stick up for bobby in light of the daily mails story tonite?

can't blame him sticking by his best pal, but never liked him, he will of course have something to say about us in the future, He as is Robbie Savage both hypocrites both pals of RM but always sticking their nibs in and their boots !

Him with his pen and paper during substitutions was shockingly pathetic. Never saw the point in the bloke. Showed his true colours in the end. As did all his wop mates. Good ridance
