20 years ago I counted out the amount of sugar I was consuming just in hot drinks daily....the bowl wasn't big enough...it was shameful

I was lucky that I have never taken sugar in tea or coffee.

Had 4 cups of tea today and 3 glasses of wine and a scotch. Plus about 5 pints of water.

Loads - as many as I feel like - no sugar and only skimmed milk since about 1990 mind. I alternate between tea - coffee and a mug of oxo.
