We do 8 hours unpaid every week and then get the 6th week off plus 27 days annual leave. I hit 20 years service January so get an extra week annual leave. We also get all Bank holidays and if one falls on your week off you get it back. This tax year it's worked out around 13 weeks off

A 32 hour week over 4 days. Officially 28 days inc bank holidays and then 4 weeks sickness a year.It is what it is.

My ideal week is three working days of intense toil involving around 18 hours per day, followed by four days of leisure. Some spent active, some inactive. Most of it revolving around eating and/or drinking.

Currently 365 days pa and have no intention of changing it.
Used to be 25 to 30 days plus BH depending on the Company.
Sick pay - full pay for 6 months and then half pay for the following six months.
Could also buy upto 15 days holiday.

What with? I had a busy schedule but no one to share it with. Wife carried on working. I suppose being 46 didn't help. All my mates were working during the day. I went on ever longer bike rides. Did a bit of gardening. Housework. Planning meals. Solitaire lifestyle during the day. Missed the company so went back to work.
