How many more people will now become City fans?

My colleague, who is an ultra-hard-core M25 Liverpool supporter, has shown me photos of his young lad at Wembley - he is nine I think - in our 23/24 home shirt. Bernardo is his favourite player and Wembley FA cup final was his grandparents birthday gift. The father is seething obviously, a sound man, but total bellend when it comes to football and them.

Can only speak from the Australian fan point of view on this one.

The Haaland signing started a massive change. The success the past decade made a minor change. Haaland signing for us shifted what club the kids in Australia were following. It went from a few City shirts, to now City shirts with Haaland 9 on them all over the place. You'd rarely see it at my step sons football training now it's kids all over. Haaland is the rock star signing that shifted the balance.

Now the Champions League title will just amplify it imo. Will start taking the younger support away from the "traditional" clubs our way.

It's a funny journey to watch here.

If you were a kid at primary school now and didn’t support City every kid in that school would have you down as a balloon.

Every lad supports City in my daughters class including my mates son and he's a massive Rag.

As somebody has said Haaland has proper tipped the balance as has our success. Jack definitely has more female fans following us.

More money in those tills at the Arndale.
