How many nationalities have played for Manchester City?

Strictly, Scotland, Wales & N Ireland are not countries, any more than Flanders and Wallonia are - they are Parts of Belgium. Craig Bellamy's nationality is British, not Welsh. You just look at the UN list of independent countries of the world.

Look at the FIFA membership and you will get a different answer.

As far as international football is concerned, they are. Plus, they do have their own governing bodies (true, largely answerable to London) but hey ho. Ask any sweaty, Taff or Paddy (tin hat on!) if they are British first, or Welsh, Scottish or an Ulsterman and I would take a guess what the majority would say.
