How many players from our 2014 home meeting with Bayern would make our current XI?

Aguero and Vinny would still stroll into our starting 11. Pep would have to figure out how to play both Sergio and Haaland. What a nice problem to have that would be!

Nasri was nowhere near as good as some people weirdly remember him being.

For every bit of brilliance there was 10 games where he could barely be arsed jogging round the pitch. Proper lazy ****.

Thought we were talking about the game v Bayern. On his day Nasri was just as good as Grealish imo. Admittedly he wasn't as likeable and his calves were smaller but he was a gifted player.

Kompany and aguero would get in any team any time. 2 truly world class players.
Thats it though.

If we were only playing one upfront Sergio might struggle. Obviously Kompany would and i’d have Hart at his best over Eddie but no chance he’d suit our current style of play

You would HAVE to find a way to play 2 up top. Aguero was simply top notch. When you look back at his goals he was amazing

I agree with prime Hart and really he has to be considered as one of our best ever keepers, but i was also thinking in our current team

But that goal in the Carabao final against Sunderland , pure class
