It's a shame you think like that. I'm sure all the blues that have confidence in their side that at one point won over 20 games in a row and built a double digit lead are in your opinion as bad as United fans.

Even the United fans think it's over. This is just people so afraid of the 1% possibility it backfires they're unwilling to stick their neck out that tiny bit.

Or its fans who still want to dig Pep out for some unfathomable reason.

Yes, but when will we get them? If he plays the reserves for the last three games we've got no chance. Things are going to get really tenses the longer we leave it, and we don't want to go into the last against Everton needing a win. I can't see Utd slipping up.

FFS another one banging the utd won't slip up drum.

IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT THEY DO!!

Imagine we get to the game against Everton needing a win? Would you still be as confident??????

I've been having nightmares about that scenario since our loss yesterday and the rags win today. The plus is both Leicester and Liverpool really both have to win to try and keep/get into the top four. The problem is I'm not sure they will, even given the close proximity of the two games. The rags are on a roll now and our inability to do our own job has given them a lift. There are also rumours coming out from Leicester about some pretty serious shit that has happened behind the scenes and this could disrupt their team. Looking at their collapse against Newcastle it wouldn't surprise me if something is up.

As for ourselves we have to be careful all this resting of players and tinkering doesn't disrupt our momentum and confidence. If the rags win these two games this week I'm really going to start sweating. The "Shut up it's done" band will keep on playing the same tune just like the one on the Titanic as the water continued to rise

If United have 50 % chance to win both games with Leicester and Liverpool, and if we have 80 % chance to win at Newcastle, then the chance that we are champions on Friday is 90 %. Not bad.

In order United to have 50 % to win both games, they must have roughly 70 % chance to win any of them, and that's not quite realistic. Chances are more like 70 % to beat Leicester and 50 % to beat Liverpool (still optimistic takes, given that United play 3 games over 4 days: Villa, Leicester and Liverpool). So, realistically, United have no more than 35 % chance to win both games. Which means that our chances to be champions already on Friday are over 90 %.
