So, we need 9 wins (or the equivalent in wins and draws; 8+3) to be mathematically certain of the title. I'd hope we won't need quite that many pts. Low 80s, maybe. 7 more wins out of 13 games?

I'm not arsed about Liverpool. They can do what they like now. Liverpool's season ended for me when we bullied them at Anfield. We've got bigger things to think about, like wrapping up the league and progressing/winning the cups.What result would you want, if when we play Everton on the last day, and a win for Everton would see them qualify for champions league, and LiVARpool missing out condemn them to play Europa League next season?

Fair enough but you’re not factoring in the trip to Budapest, returning in the early hours of Thursday mornin.It didn't look solid today. We conceded probably more shots vs West Ham than against Liverpool and Everton combined. No control in midfield and no energy up front leaves us exposed and vulnerable. We will have to rotate to maintain our form which means we are likely to witness more performances like today's. Still, we will probably need just 5-6 wins to seal it, especially if we win against United and Leicester.

12 games left , win 5 of them and a few draws the title is ours.We only have 12 games left, the tottenham game is a final.
I reckon 6 more wins and we win it, even if the rest are losses, but doubt we lose half of our remaining games.
Yeah I feel the same if we win all matches till Leicester then it would be almost impossible to lose it at that pointIf we can win the next 5 (which would mean beating Leicester and United) with the 5th against Leicester, then it's done with 7 games remaining.
We would have 77 pts, and assuming Leicester and/or United win their other 4 (losing to us), they'd be at best at 61 pts.
The difference is 16 pts with 21 pts remaining in those 7 games.
While the run is obviously amazing, will be interesting to see if we can the next 5 in a row.
