i still think Liverpool will finish second, particularly if they beat Chelsea tomorrow. will only be 5 points behind united and theyre run home isnt too bad. Remarkably they are closer to relegation that to us

That last bit is quite unbelievable in terms of us and them dealing with this strange year

So take out the Soton game and they've scored 15 goals..with the best 2 English forwards in the world, a superstar Argie loanee, the penalty king who scores free kicks for fun and AM who makes Stones scoring record look poor. Add to that the VAR/PiGMOL combo and somehow we ruin football.

I think that the poll totals could need another band personally.

So IF we could win the next 6 against united, Southampton, Fulham, Leicester, Leeds,Villa ( all before LCup Final ) we would have 83 points total. united and Leicester can only get 81 and 80 points respectively if we have beaten them by then. What an incentive to keep this run going and in particular this Sunday's game.

I went under 70pts in the poll. Still very confident that’s the case.
Just looking at the fixtures, if we can win the next 3 games we will be 23pts ahead of the Rags before they play again against West Ham.
Now that would be a fucking very big gap!

The thing that sets Pep apart is that winning the league is not the incentive behind this run. It is just about having that hunger and desire to be the best and win every game regardless of who we play or what competition it is.

Pep will be making damn sure that even when its sewn up those levels don't drop. He will rotate 5 players here or there as he has done and expect the players to still fight for every single win.

We might want to see an academy 11 so that we are fresh for the CL but Pep will see the winning mentality as just as vital as fresh legs. I don't expect him to start resting players, that's just not him.

The title is done. I never thought I would say that before it was mathematically certain, but we don't have a challenger. Even if the rags were 2pts behind they'd be too limp to make a fight of it.

Completely agree, we have put together a team of men/boys with both the right mentality and skill. No ‘I’ in team couldn’t apply more to any other team in the PL.
The day I see an articulate goal celebration by the team I’ll know we’ll struggle to get top 4

Couldn't agree more. He really does live by the ' one game at a time ' saying. He is so competitive and that becomes ingrained in the team.
