Why are we not playing at the Minihad? I sew Real Madrid playing their CL games at their training ground ... our mini academy stadium is proper and much better than anyone else's training pitches. Dig up the main Etihad now and start preparing for next season?

I guess the last home game/some fans allowed and trophy presentation is what's holding them back starting work on it right away ... but can still play all other games (bar the final one when fans are in) at the Minihad.

Yep Chelsea is going be a tough game on Saturday, then we have a League Cup final & Champions League S/F which will be a huge hurdle to get past.
Get through that lot and I think we’ll do it ;)

There is a very good reason it's unprecedented....but impossible? no,not having that.

Now we find ourselves very much at the business end,if we want this Quad then we are going to need to start relying on the players that constitute our best 11 that bit more.We simply cannot afford to replace with the weaker players as they won't quite cut it as we discovered at Leeds,and you can be sure we will be facing the very best the opposition can muster.

A bit more luck will be needed too ;-)

Do you know what? I don't care and I'm not getting overly excited about the Quadruple. Do I want us to win them all - Hell yes! But sit back and look at where we are and how the season has gone. Nothing is signed, sealed and delivered yet but we are at worst 8 pts clear in the PL with 6 games to go; in the final of the LC; SF of the FAC & SF of the UCL.

So far this has been a great season and has the potential to be a phenomenal one. I'm just going to enjoy the ride whichever way it pans out. The next 5 or 6 weeks is not going to be for the faint hearted.

Totally agree - I think we'll win the PL and LC. Saturday decides if we win the FC IMHO.
CL - only takes a couple of mistakes across the 2 legs to make it difficult, but that's the case for both sides.
I'm sure the media will brand the season a failure if we only win 2 trophies, but fuck em it's been a joy to see us get so far.
Oh and C'mon you Blue bastards!!!!

Two of those games are at the Etihad South!

Can hardly be considered “away” games at this point, can they?!

This stretch of games is WHY the squad has been rotated so heavily recently. From here, strongest team in the Cup games and some limited rotation in the PL games.

The players can put in 90 mins every 3-4 days, especially with some able to be rotated, and others getting a 30 min rest when Pep does his usual 60-70 min subs.

The other good thing is players are DESPERATE to play in these games, which helps them get over those little niggles, aches and pains!

We play in a set way whoever we face, there will be a tweak here and there for the oppos more dangerous players, plenty of rest in between games not much training or light training, keep clear of injuries to important players and we are capable to win the lot, a very tough ask but doable
