Yeah I'm pretty sure I - or rather my parents! - paid 2 or 3 shillings (junior) in the Platt Lane (mid 60s). Wagon Wheels were 4d I think! lol

My first season ticket in 1972 was £13.

cant remember the price for the first games I went to, it was around 70-71 season. one thing i do rememberthough, watching "on the ball" I think it was called (with brian moore?) the outcry when one team put its prices up to 10 bob (50p) to get in. come on who was the first team to do that??????????????????

will take a good memory for this

Stockport County.

my first season ticket cost £12 for the kippax.would sit onthe wall eating fish/chip crisps and drinking cartons of orange.had to be there early to get a spot.

1975
76 bus 2p
Entry was around 30p I think?
Basically I could have a day out for 50p including sweets/ crisps/ vimto.
First season ticket was 76/77. I forget how much this was too, but around six quid I think.

christ I thought no one would get that!
your prize is in the post

2 shillings (10p) in the Kippax when I was a kid, 1967,
Had a season ticket in 1978 £11.00, went to FC Twente the same season in the UEFA cup and the ticket was £5.00, a fortune!!!!!!!

2 bob seems about right for my first full season of going to maine rd 68 although I was passed over turnstiles in 65 so i am told by my gran

also remember walking down to all the open backed buses by depot and getting the 100 home to wythenshawe

First s/t £6. Junior blues seats in Platt lane 1976.
First row above the away fans. What a place to sit kids. Twas a bit lively when we played teams like Leeds!

2/6 Junior in Kippax = 12.5p. If the boys' queue was too long my dad would pay 5/- to take me in as an adult as he couldn't be arsed hanging about.

IIRC the adult price was 20p in the Scoreboard and 30p in Platt Lane. Can't recall the Main Stand as that was only for the idle rich. This would be circa 1964/5.
