Fair play to you. As I said to the guy who sells houses on here not so long ago, love it when people make a life for themselves.

Is there no chance of letting it out to a council tennant?
I will admit I don't know much about it but think you must be able to recoup £500 PCM which will almost be paying the mortgage

I earn far too much for the amount of work I do. It even means wifey doesn't have to work.
We let it out on a mates rates basis to one of her 'friends'. She took the piss though so we've learnt from that. The house is in Radcliffe, which isn't the most desirable of areas so if we let it out commercially it would be Housing Benefit tenants, which is a non starter really. Hopefully it will sell after xmas.

you did mr pigeonho and thank you!............and if the chap here wants to sell his house pm me!........I have helped several bluemooners so far

As for earnings.......its in the six figures....not bad for an ex para who knew f*** all when he left the army!

clicked on here looking forward to the barrage of abuse the OP would get for being so crass as to boast about his earnings, only to see that people are quite fond of playing the big i am.

also, CITYFORLIFE, you are either telling the most exaggerated joke or are a complete bullshitter.

sorry, i meant the ridiculous story of you stashing £20,000 a year from your wife to follow city in a competition we are not yet in.

Love it when i hear people doing well and earning good money, when they work hard ,take a risk ,and dont brag how much they earn.
Good luck to them ,never get jealous.

23k +bonus per month, normally equates to an extra £400 - £500p/m + overtime. Debt Collector.

Trying to save for a mortgage, but becoming increasingly difficult at the moment with rent, bills etc - still my view every morning is City of Manchester Stadium, which is great.
