He's arguably one of the top10 strikers in the world at the moment, what transfer fee can Carlos command?

I think we'll be lucky to get 40m considering everyone is skint and his agent / player will try and force through any deal making us compramise on the transfer fee.

I know he wants to go back to Argentina but realistically it's gonna be either inter, bacra or Madrid ain't it?

In terms of replacement I would like us to sign Dzeko and see what he can do.

Fernando Torres was £26million plus Luis Garcia. Which probably equates to about £35m.

So I'd say Tevez is worth about £35m. However with his problems with his homesickness and his agent you could knock a huge chunk off that figure, arguably he's not worth anything because of the baggage!

Since he's been with us he's played FANTASTICALLY well! But he's also been trouble. Always going home, missing training, moaning about the training, threatening to quit football altogether, Christ if he hadn't cheated in his wife she might be living in Manchester so that's also all his own fault, he argued about being brought off last week, he's argued with Mancini in the past; what club would want this shit?!

We will be lucky to get back what we paid for him.

Nobody is gonna offer more unless there is more than one club bidding for him. I doubt there is as I'm sure Kia already has it all sorted.

We wil get a take it or leave it offer and we are not in a great position as the player wants out.

Get what we can for him and get someone in who wants to play for us.

As long we don't sell him to another PL club, except west ham.

didnt we have an cooparation with Atletico Madrid? we could do a swap deal with them.

Best would be to let him train twice a day for the next 3 years without playing any games. :)

aha! the plot thickens

He is worth whatever another team is willing to pay for him. If he only wants to go to Argentina, then he's not worth much!

Could he retire and then come out of retirement a week later to sign for Boca Juniors on a free? Is that possible? Is it legal? That's the only way i can see him going to Argentina. What would they buy him with?
