If it was up to me, every three or four days, but Mrs Jockstrap is a stickler for stuff like this and insists it is done every day. We went away for seven days last week, and she was going through the washing basket and said "There is only six pairs of underpants in here, what's going on?" I said "Oh, one pair had a small hole in them, so I binned them"....Luckily she swallowed my story........Oh to be single and you can please yourself. :)

Most days on the former. 50/50 whether I even wear undies. If I'm not going out I often don't bother getting dressed and just throw my dressing gown and slippers on.
