Take yourself out of your comfort zone, have a go at different hobbies,
Dont go to places you enjoyed going with the ex, dont even play the songs you both enjoyed, all you will do is stir up emotions and start blubbing and even get back in contact and make a twat of yourself proper.
This moment could be the greatest moment of your life, giving you the chance to go out and do something different, something you may never have even thought about doing before,

Although you will be left with a wound that will never quite heal. A scar that can sometimes wrench your heart asunder and lead you to sudden violence or the deepest depths of self loathing and misery! You will think you are fine and then suddenly, even years later, that one song or silly unexpected memory, like a coin dropped on Tescos floor, will cause you to strip naked, cover yourself in brown sauce, and scream for all the pain of love's dying glory, cursing the very stars that could not yet fall from the sky with the weight of such tradgedy! And all this in a busy public place........ and.....

in the same boat there mate.just keep busy and wait til you are ready to make that type of move again. its important you do go out to new places a bit too! i ve had lots for the taking since but i just wasn t interested (which all of a sudden has been lifted away)......like a moment of clarity. good luck!
