You've not got enough posts yet. You need 50 (and don't bother spamming) before you can create a new thread the last I heard. Might have changed since then.

as C_T_I_D says you need 50 posts to be able to create topics.......but your first 10 posts are also subject to mod approval....you have posted in the thread, the reason you cant see it yet is because its awaiting mod approval ;)

i know i am doing something stupid but i followed the instructions to post a pic,i succeeded in posting a link to the pic ok but how do i post the actual pic,
i uploaded to tinipics copied the image details and clicked paste on the this window of the reply
