Chelsea have fuck all to play for unless they go balls deep for the UEFA which I can't see unless they lose the weekend.

I just think Chelsea have it within them to beat United at this moment. If United won last night I wouldn't be sure but I can't help but think the players will be really down in the dumps and I'm unsure a few days is enough to prepare against Chelsea.

Hopefully Ba starts ahead of Torres and Mata gets played through the middle. Things look good then.

IMO they will win the league by about 7-9 points. I reckon we will win the Derby though.

The Cup I can't call, it's a good way to end what has been a disppointing campaign but we finish on a high if we win it.

Chelsea in the cup is one of the worst fixtures you can go into on the back of a bad loss. Losing the way they did will take the wind out their sails for sure.

As for the match itself, I can see United turning up for this one. Steam will still be spewing from all of Fergie's orifices come KO against Chelsea, and there's absolutely no one, whom Fergie will want to take this out on, more than Rafa.

Plus, when it comes to Rafa, he's so unpredictable, you haven't a clue what team he will put out. He often leaves one of Mata, Hazard or Oscar on the bench, and with ensuring a 4th place finish being a priority for Roman this season, he may well stick with Ba for the league campaign, meaning Torres might start against United.

I still fancy you lot for the cup though. I reckon you'll meet in the Semi Final, rather than the final, and turn them over.

I would have been more confident had their next 5 league games been the ones we are about to face and vice versa but it could certainly shake things up. No team (with the exception of Arsenal in the invincibles season) goes through an entire campaign without at least one period of under par perfomances and results. If they are about to go through theirs now it will be very interesting.

Hey folks,

Last night was a huge blow for United. They set up well and the sending off changed the game and they went out as we all know. Last night we saw Rooney being dropped in a key game, there may be a bit more to this than a change of tactics. We saw Slergie have a meltdown and go into hiding and we also saw their players lose their cool at the end of a game.

Going out like that will hurt them immensely and I'm wondering whether it will affect their FA Cup and League displays. It can one of two ways, it can cause implosion or it can cause meltdown. Obviously many would say Alex will gather his troops and press on with the other 2 trophies but it's easier said than done. Those players will be deflated and in the need of a pick up, a tie like Fulham at home will be ideal where the opponent turns up to roll over typically and the 3 points can get the ball rolling. Instead they face a team in Chelsea who themselves are looking for a good win themselves and United will be at a season low right now morale wise. In short, the timing could be perfect!

They'll have two extra days rest and Chelsea play in Romania tonight. Plus they'll be pretty pissed off about Tuesday still and they've got Howard Webb in the side just in case.

We're going to have to beat them to win the Cup... IF we beat Barnsley. The only other realistic threat is Everton.

One game at a time though and all that.

Oh and the league is already gone. The best we can hope for is to beat them at the swamp and maybe get it back to single figures. Although I'm not holding my breath, it'll be piss funny if they start dropping league points.
