How Will The Tevez Announcement Work?

Will he inform us and the Rags first before going public? If so that would mean news(leaks)will filter from both camps to all the news channels and we will know before he makes his official announcement. Or will he will hold a press conference and tell City and United his decision there and then. Go off and get a hug of Cook or Gill. Which one.

If he has made his decision already, both camps are keeping very tight lipped about it. Which I find pretty impossible to believe. There's to many people involved for the decision not to leak out. Hmmm.

The fact that the Rags have made an approach for Valencia since there meeting with Kia last Weds is not a coincidence and i think it tells it's own story!!
