Not sure what game you watched but the elbow was clearly in the chest, that said.........still a straight red!!!

Aguero was down with a neck/head injury, Webb saw it and completely ignored it, allowing Chelsea to attack and win a free kick close to the edge of our box. Head injuries are supposed to mean quick stoppages are they not? Very dodgy by Webb.
