Huddersfield(H) Post Match Thread

Yes its been a real struggle this year with those fullbacks and that front three. Could have been a really successful season with Dzeko. May have even won a cup.
Why pick on dzeko? Top player and top man, if it wasn't for dzeko, augero moment doesn't happen, and while sergio was constantly injured people forget what edin did for us, I for one wish we still had him, just for games like today when balls are being crossed in high and we don't have anyone to get on the end of them

Its hard to score against a team who stayed in their own box.

Fernandinho & Delph were very good today as always.

No one really turned up mentally today but they have earned that right and im going to stress too much about it today.

Credit to Huddersfield who got what they came for.

Watch Deans performance in that game as well because he gave them a free kick every time we went near them and almost handed them the win at the end when he couldn't wait to ignore one of the clearest fouls you will ever see on Walker.

Champions!

Pretty poor, sloppy all over the pitch. Sane, Jesus, Silva and De Bruyne all well underpar. Think we can forgive them though.
Fair play to them - they were excellent.

As I say, in that game, Delph and Walker offered very little as an attacking force, and we played numerous balls into the box where two forward players were hanging back rather than attacking the space.

Christ, that was booooooooring!! I hope we show more for the lifting of the trophy. Well done Huddersfield. If Merlin has squared for Gabby in the first 10 minutes we would’ve got a hat full. Hope we still break some records.
