Beyond atrocious. How anyone at the club watches his performances at half time and that today and thinks hes doing a decent job is completely beyond me. If he was in charge of a kids birthday party the kids would lose interest after two minutes. He could make the most interesting event in history a bit meh.

It's because the people who make the decisions don't see any of this bullshit as they are wining and dining before, at half time and after the game. There will no doubt be regular meetings highlighting the fact that our retweet engagement has gone up 2.6% on Twitter meaning all are doing well in their job, there will also be a few surveys as well highlighting more smiley faces than sad on how well they are doing so why would they disband this cringe fest that they have forced on us over the last 8-9 years?

At HT he once said something like ‘Manchester United have made a remarkable comeback away at Southampton after they went down 2-0 early on’.

Everyone was like ‘cheers mate’.

I wonder if he was the "brains" behind the idea to play James - Sit Down at half time when we were 1-0 up against our title rivals in a must win game. That decision to play that and jeer up the Scousers into singing Mo Salah is the kind of environment these "matchday experience" employees are a part of.

Well we celebrated winning 6 trophies but some people were disappointed thinking there must be some nit picking somewhere in this and struck on the presenters.

What gets me is that there are loads of Blues with the personality and skills to murder this job and we have someone with so little presence and affinity with the fans and team doing it, it just kills the event.
