Hugh Ferris/Match day presenters

Can't we just get that rubber ring back out and hang it in the goal like we did in front of The North Stand? 3 overweight fellas in trainers each take a turn at trying to get it through the hole from 18 yards, usually falling on their arse in the process. If they get it through they get £250. What else do you need, even Ferris could host that!

There were genuinely times in the 80s and again during Ball & Pearce, when the standard of football & entertainment at half-time was higher than during the match itself.
 
Ferris was already on thin ice with even his bizarre rabble of defenders in the fanbase after making Twitter jokes with red Fanzine writers about Kolo’s failed drug test. All media city bantz lads together
I’d like to think this would be the last we ever see of the Tory slimeball and he will be fucked out the door ASAP, but the hierarchy have long since stopped giving a shit what local match going fans think

That’s the crux of the matter. Any blue worth their salt sees right thru this 3rd rate media wanker and his shallow superficial bonhomie but the ABC1 daytrippers - the only “fans” the board are interested in - probably buy his act hook line and sinker
 
Why are we bothered? It’s just some guy trying to fill some time before the game and at half time. I have no major love for him but can’t understand why people hate him so much.
 
My matchday experience used to be a mix of City Sq when Mike was in favour, now I just walk by and go straight for a beer.

Half-time is spent fighting through the smokers to get a piss, I time my trip to coincide with the ferrit's face appearing on the big screen.

His players interviews at the trophy parade at the end of last season were insulting and disrespectful, how he was not immediately fired was beyond me.
The players clearly hate him.

There will be no matchgoing fans to consider or piss off .......but I’d give the gig to Mike McLean supported by Noel Gallagher.

I think Ferris’s performance at the City Centre event in 2019 was an absolute ‘car crash’ utterly cringeworthy and he should have been let go after that. He did his best to ruin the whole event... couldn’t work out if he was doing it on purpose or if he is just an utter fuckwit, either way there must be better people out there than that clown.
