Balti I'm not getting at you mate, but most on here will get behind City come what may. I will try my upmost to get behind Mr H, but I think he's on an hiding to nothing due to his abilitie (which he's shown time and time again) not being up to scratch.

I really hope he proves me wrong and I mean that!!! But come ten games in next season and I reckon we will all be divided again over Hughes sadly!! Again I hope I'm wrong....

I understand why so many are disillusioned. But he's our manager next term it seems so lets look for the positives. The main reason for our current league position is our lack of points on our travels. If he can repeat what he's already recently managed to do several times with the away form of Blackburn given fewer resources and less money/ potential...then surely it is not much of a gamble or a leap of faith to assume that he will do it again for City? That's a significantly smaller gamble to me than ripping it all up and starting over yet again would be.

But the board would be boring if we all agreed on every issue!

hughes has his transfer kitty to spend but then the owners will have their own money to spend on the big players, with the amount of money hughes has to blow and the player/s the owners will bring in, i think i would be capable of acheiving the 5th spot!

Ok mate it's not fact, but I believe he can too. And it's nice to see the chairman showing some faith and wanting to bring stability. He mentions when have we had a proper pre-season? And he's right. How much upheaval and changes have been brought about each summer. We finally have rich owners willing to spend millions and we have a good manager, yet people still want more change only 12months in. Sometimes I think if some of our fans had their way they'd happily see us doing exactly what Newcastle have done. And what a joke we'd become then.

If we keep faith we will reap the rewards!
