The only thing the media want is scandal.

They also want to be able to say 'you heard it here first' etc

They're just hedging their bets on the off chance that he does get the boot so i wouldn'y be reading anything in to silly threads like this

Of course you're right, but there's far too much been said, and from a number of pretty reliable sources now to suggest that things have come to a head, and that some change is happening, its been badly managed at City since yesterday when the Hiddink agent quote came out. Either he was aproached or he wasn't, but if he wasn't then City should have come out and denied it right away, they didn't and that all but confirms he was. From then on MH was on the road to nowhere, and it was open house for speculation, but it looks like more than speculation now.

Re: it's done

Does anybody know if Mancini's son is still with our academy? I remember him being on trial a few months back

Well, every bit of information that I've been given over the last week says Hughes Out and Mancini In.
Same with at least three other people on here.

This one is happening.

Is that information from ITKs mate?

More ITK than I, he works in the sports agency business and passes me stuff he's heard on the grapevine regarding City. He's usually pretty accurate. The journalists have seen this one coming since before Bolton, I heard about him going last week at first and then another highly trusted user on here posted something alluding to this, and now TH is posting it.

I just think that there is no smoke without fire, and with the Italians thinking he's coming too, it all fits together.

Agreed mate. Done and dusted then me thinks!

Re: it's done

I have to say, I find City's continued silence pretty shocking...
