too much short sightedness.
lost two games all season, play exciting football on the attack and its just the defensive side of the team which needs working on...the money paid for these defenders was too much, granted, but at the time they were signed everyone agreed they were good signings.
no team in the world wins every game and city have no divine right to win each game, yet you wouldn't think that with some of the drivel posted on here. somehow a loss to tottenham is not acceptable (as they are now suddenly beneath us) and it deserves to get hughes the sack....
granted there have been some bad performances, but if theres a club out there who have won every game and performed to their maximum every game which has left the fans satisfied every game.....then im yet to hear about this club.
after all the shit we've put up with in the last 20 years, no fucker can just enjoy the moment.
the clubs still building, and this 'we paid this much so everything must click immediately' attitude will cripple the club.

So how far forward has super hughes taken us then? because the table says we exactly the same place as when he took over. You could see on wednesday that the players just dont trust him anymore, all looking at him like he was a tosser

I think it's fair to sack him now, I was a fence-sitter in the spring but I said give him until christmas and see where we are. He must have known that himself. Well we're here now and I think we've drawn one too many games that were "should-win" games for me to be happy. I think we can make a real push for it and make the top 4 this season but I don't think we can do that with MH. We're just not able to find that consistancy with him. But it can't be anyone replacing him though.
