Hughes To Be Sacked [Merged]

Re: it's done

Will divide opinion. I've heard Ryan Giggs passed all his coaching badges with the best EVER scores. He's local. Played for the club. Played under the great Ferguson. Won countless honours.

Speculation over folks.

Wasn't Hughes' appointment a splitter?

Perhaps the barca chap? Been a few meetings, maybe discussing compo?

Re: it's done

He's a dead man walking as far as i'm concerned, but all this talk hrs before a game isnt good.

Exactly this whole thing just spells of the press trying to destabalise the club before a make or break game TBH. Its clear there is an agenda against city in the media. I want Hughes out but not this way, personally I think it would be better to wait until the summer and get someone top draw in. Changing manager now wont get us into the championsleague or even europe. Changing things mid season is more likely to make our form worse IMO.

Re: it's done

God you lot. What do you want?

If it is Mancini. So be it. 3 Italian Leagues. 4 Italian Cups with three different teams.

He arrives with a much better pedigree than Hughes did. Unlike Ancelotti ( who is doing very well with no previous premier league experience, ditto Wenger, Mourinho etc) he has at least played in England.

He is also young. Which I think is beneficial. At least if we want him around for a while.

He has managed Internazionale not bloody Blackburn. He may not be Mourinho but there are advantages to that, although I would love Jose at City. I also suspect that if Mancini comes it means we sounded Jose out and he said no.

So a guy who has done it in the pressure cooker that is Milanese football beating Ancelotti several times is not good enough for City. Get real.
