it would be us all over again , Chelsea would loose there defense and he'd spend money on shite like rscBreaker said:Hughes is a good young manager, wouldn't be a bad fit for them.

It's a completely different situation. He had to put every piece of our squad together since they weren't good enough for where we needed to get to. At Chelsea they are already an established top club and there are only a couple of places that need improving soon with some of them aging. For all the shit he gets about making bad buys he put the heart of our squad together with Kompany, De Jong, Barry, and Tevez and also Zabaleta who has been improving every game since his first few shaky months. At Fulham he got a great player in Dembele and a good left back in Salcido, he can get players from outside of England.
Also his defence at Fulham is the best outside of the top 5, so that aspect is improving.
From all appearances, it appears that Wilkins was Ancelotti's main link to the players and the firing of Wilkins has isolated Ancelotti. That's groundwork to fire a guy.Danamy said:Not convinced on the Hughes bit but i am convinced that Ancelotti will be gone at the end of the season.
It's been on the cards since Wilkins left......................
