Hull away £50 a ticket.

These prices are a fcuking disgrace with all the money in the game now.

I would protest but cant be arsed, will probably drift away watching lower leagues, will always love my City though.

City will always be able to sell my tickets to some twat from China or Japan...while we are winning.

Off Chelseas website for City......live by the sword you die by it.

Tickets for this match are priced as follows:

Upper tier

Adults - £57
Juniors (under 16’s) - £35
Seniors (over 65) - £48
16–17 yrs - £39
18–21 yrs - £48

Lower Tier

Adults - £55
Juniors (under 16’s) - £33
Seniors (over 65) - £46
16–17 yrs - £37
18–21yrs - £46

There was a partial boycott a good few years ago against Wigan when we were shit. I think Whelan put the prices up to about £45 from the previous year of £25 or something along those lines.

I was one of the 1800 or so who paid it to see us get hammered 4-0. I think those that went boycotted the bars and food kiosks on the whole and next season Whelan admitted he had made a mistake.

If enough people don't go then maybe they may think twice about doing this again.

Yep. Totally shit prices. £46 for an 18 yr old. £33 for a junior! A t least Hull is £30 for 18-22 and £12 for under 10's.

Already booked train so I either pay £50 or find a pub in Hull somewhere. Disgrace, but as others have said about our own club, people in glass houses etc. Cancels out the reduced prices for one or two long distance aways each season when others are upping their prices like this, with City just as bad.

£50.00 for wheeelchair supporter??. Im going to Arsenal which will be my first away game since Blackbool many moons ago. Arsenal would have £32.00 without the discount. I can't just jump on a coach or a train etc, normally takes planning for me. Just think iits a disgrace

Same boat pal, trains booked, accommodation sorted was hoping I'd sneak a ticket at 7500 but doesn't look likely

why is it the fault of city fans if our club charges high prices, don't really understand the arguement, like we are somehow responsible.

I will be going but not in the City end,did it at Liverpool and a few others in the past, will pick up a ticket nearer the day or off a Hull Forum. They can stick 50 notes right up their ringpiece.

Not done Hulls new ground, had a ticket last year but had to cancel so need to get it out of the way.

Other clubs fans need a stick to beat us with, that's all it is. It's born out of jealousy, other fans have a propensity to go searching for faults within the current regime and this is all they can come up with!! But in the grand scheme of things fans just take their frustrations out on us because it's the 'norm' and its the right thing to do (according to the red tops anyway)

I remember starting a thread on here about the Football Supporter's Federation a couple of years ago, it's still there unreplied afaik, no one gave a shit. Maybe you should. They lobby the football industry and government on exactly these points and have an ever increasing membership.

The other comment I've thought of making is with regard to the absence of any real City fans pressure group. the OSC doesn't cut it, it'll never take on an adversarial role against the club in favour of fans' interests, which is what we need. I doubt something like that would grow online, and personally I suspect our fan base is a bit too I-know-best to commit to a movement.

In the meantime, then, our collective voice is small and we'll form a polite and orderly queued to be milked to death.
