One way to look at it is that Hart impresses when he is active in a game. In games where we dominate he can lose concentration and let mistakes creep in, for example against stoke, he should have saved that.
Maybe willy has better concentration and pellers will use hart for the games where he is expected to be more active? I don't know just trying find reason with what appears a daft choice.

It is better to play Cabellero now than give him his debut against another top 4 side in the premier league.
