Hypothetically, if we lose the appeal, how would we cope?

I’m something of a glass half full person so not that confident of overturning the ban. Would it be the disaster some of the press are predicting?
Or just a blip?

How would we cope with loss of £100m pa + of CL income plus other income and still be able to meet FFP requirements in 3 years time?

If, for example, we have to sell Sterling, KDB and Sané for say £300m combined would that be enough to cover FFP losses whilst we’re out of the CL?

if we sell those three and Aguero, Silva and Fernandinho also leave, how much would we cut the wage bill by? How much scope would we have to replace them, assuming we might try to manage with a smaller squad in the absence of Cl football?

if the objective is merely to ensure we qualify for the CL in 22/23 without FFP hanging over us, could we put together a squad capable of doing that?

That's glass nearly empty if not smashed completely. I'd look up the meaning if I were you.

I can see a break away league forming in England and in Europe , just leave the G14 to play among themselves. We have break a ways in other sports . If our Break away league pays well it will no problem attracting the top players and if the National Teams say you have to play in a certain league their would be cutting of their nose to spite their face. Lots of other clubs around Europe have been screwed by UEFA

Just start again but from a much higher revenue situation and name in the sport than when we started this journey in 2008.

In the last decade United and Liverpool have spent 6 years out of the CL. Two years for us isn’t that big a deal, short term it is but we’ll be fine after a year back in it.

High profile friendlies in CL weeks, ear millions and win the prem every yr whilst the others are stretched, easy
Invite Boca Juniors, River Plate, Palmeiras, Flamengo, Club America, Chivas, Seattle Sounders and LA Galaxy over during CL weeks for a run of friendlies and invite some big sponsors.

We wouldn’t earn that much from them but we’d get some sponsorship money and gate receipts.

Thing with ffp is once you get done by the corrupt Uefa your in more shit years to come and more likely to fail ffp so how is it fair?

What Uefa should do if they want it fair is across Europe have a rule that any club competing in Europe are only allowed to have a squad value of 200m max but they won’t do that will they.

It all hinges on what the premier league do on the back of it how badly it effects us. To me this is a well thought out strategy by the cartel to hit us from both sides, so if one fails the other hinders us, but if both succeed it will be very damaging.

Wages may be an issue and a few top players wanting to jump ship, but if its just a champions league ban we should ride it out. As Karen said lucrative friendlies to gain revenue.
