I’m a FoC it’s official

I fell off a ladder last year....first time ever........getting old is crap.

I was in agony for weeks and didnt even break anything.

What are you like , stay upright ! dont stress , they will look after you where you are being cared for , i know you are probably in a bit of shock , i know i was when i smashed my shoulder up , it is a big deal, rest up x
