I am sick of the lack of respect to our players

i too am sick to the back teeth of our so-called support. Not only do they groan every misplaced pass, shout angrily at passes back to the keeper and boo the players halfway through the game (absolutely disgraceful), but then when we actually manage to turn it around into a comfortable win they don't even stick around until the end to applaud the players. Total lack of respect, and anyone who does it should be ashamed of themselves. Unfortunately, they are in a majority

what got me last night was we were 2-0 up and i think it was de jong who passed the ball back over half way to kolo and some of the crowd started groaning and booing! what a joke, at this stage of the season all that matters is the result, at least we can play shit and still pick up 3 points.

and finally, how much of a cnut is craig burley???? what has he done ever to deserve any respect as a pundit, what an idiot

I agree

We are becoming just like the Rags.

We just expect the other teams to roll-over and the Blues to play great football every match.

We didn't play badly it was just all a bit laboured but we won 3-0.

We need to get behind the team our nervousness will start to come into play and the team will bottle it.

Everyone needs to be positive.

We can do this, we can finish 4th, we are so close now.

We will beat Spurs,

COME ON BLUES.

ffs get a grip if people want to leave before the final whistle to beat all the traffic or to get the bus or whatever thats there choice, its always happened and happens at every ground, and yes i did leave early last night as i do on all night games as i drive and take my little lad so i dont want to be sat in traffic for ages not that its got fck all to do with you

You've got to respect the efficency of Adebayor, he got through 90 minutes and I'd be suprised if he expended more than a couple of hundred calories!

Fully agree, we lost at home last week for the first time this season, this week we win 3 0 and both games half empty at the end, what do people want

Sat here waiting for the final whistle and everyones leaving, fucking poor yes the preformance is poor , but we have the three points, at least clap them off ffs!

I agree with you about respect for the players - but - regarding the performace, well if that was poor then I'll take a poor performance with a 3-0 win every week please

I'll take that too, but could we have the twelve min hat-trick starting in the 31st min for the derby?

People had a right to boo during BOTH halves. As for people leaving early, its late on a Monday night, people need to get home. Thought that would have been obvious to be honest. On a Saturday its different, something which is also obvious. That first half we played shit, worse than shit actually and the simple fact is with all the riches that team had in it, it took a dodgy sending off to make us the better team, something the scoreline post-sending off, proves. That first half it was like they'd had 3 pints at lunch, and were feeling shattered and lathargic(sp) and they looked like they needed a rocket up their arses, Vieira especially. To sit through that and then still lose sloppy passes even when we were 2 up, well people were just pissed off with it. One thing that team needs to learn, and learn fast is how to put pressure on when the opposition has posession, because a better team last night would have slaughtered us in that first half. It wasn't good enough and I found myself barely managing to raise a smile when we scored. Yes, 3 points and a hat trick for Carlos looks great, but the real story of the match is somewhat different.

Fucking hell some of you need to get a grip.

It is all about results and getting the 3 points, end of.

We played a side fighting for their lives and to be fair to Wigan they gave it a go, flying into challenges and pressing hard.

The first goal is so important in the Premier league and if we had scored earlier it would then have been a different game, as we saw against Everton, when we actually played much better than we did in the first half last night.

We are fighting for 4th place for fucks sake won 3-0 and some of you out there think we have a devine right to play wonderful passing football, batter all teams we play and if we don`t then all doom and gloom.

No team does it that way.........

'they gave it a go'. Gave it a go?!! They were all over us in that first half! No-one expects world beating performances every game, or perhaps any game for that matter, but that first half was below lack-lustre and if it had been a better team than Wigan, it would have been game over by half time. I can't think of any manager in recent history who has gone into the dressing room FIVE minutes before half time, and the reason he did that was to prepare his bollocking, a bollocking which was more than deserved. We were shocking and looked like we had nothing to play for in that first half. People continuously defending them need to remove their blinkers. If that was City v Arsenal or as will be the case, City v Spurs last night, we would have been punished at least 3 times in that first half.
