I'm still on the fence with this guy but there is no doubt about his marketing potential for the club.
We are owned by a consortium who have very cleverly used the sheiks original oil wealth to formulate highly succesful companies in varying fields all over the world.We were not bought by some philanthropist; some serious players are involved in this group and a return on investment, after a good few years, to become a globally recognised brand is forefront in their minds. Balotelli has the potential, through clever PR and his own natural wackiness, plus his undoubted talent, to propel the club's image in a very big way. If we could win the FA cup, with him involved, our profile would rocket. Fingers crossed.
